A spacious, modern, clean villa with fantastic amenities. We stayed as a 3 generation family group with young children and this property was ideal, including the playroom and the garden/swimming pool and beach toys etc. The garden and dining terrace is especially nice for meals.
Plenty of bathrooms/toilets which is useful and the jacuzzi bath was a particular highlight. Air conditioning is very effective, the kitchen has most things you need and we cooked meals with no problem. The utility room is convenient for washing clothes.
It’s easy to park at the villa. Approx 10mins walk to the beaches, we liked the coves (rather than the big beach) best as they were calm and clean, perfect for children. The big beach is good for surfing/body boarding.
Easy to get a bus into Chania centre/old town from nearby on the main road. The host Nicolas was very helpful and provided us with plenty of recommendations when we asked.
We highly recommend the villa and would be delighted to stay again.

This was a wonderful stay in the most spectacular air BnB! Nicolas is a fantastic host, and we felt right at home. The views are breathtaking and the villa has everything you could need for a family holiday. Thank you so much! It was perfect and the 5 star reviews are very well deserved.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this villa in Greece! The grounds are well-kept and clean, and the villa itself is very cozy. There were plenty of toys for our child, and the pool was a real treat in the heat. The host is incredibly friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this villa for a wonderful holiday!

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke i villaen. Nicolas svarte raskt på spørsmål og kom med gode forslag. Huset var helt ypperlig for en familieferie, med kort gåavstand til både butikk og strand. Det var også veldig enkelt å ta buss til Chania.

Beautiful villa with everything and more. Finished to a very high standard, definitely 5*. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property by a family member who was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Food and refreshments in the fridge which was great. Outside area and pool as beautiful as inside the property. Nicholas also called to visit to check everything was ok and advise on local attractions and free local electric bus that we used several times. We have travelled the world and had many fabulous stays, this one is up there with some of the best. Supermarket, bars and restaurants all in walking distance. Beautiful beaches. This holiday suited all of us, me and my husband in our 50s, children 16 and 17 and parents in their 70s. Beautiful part of the world. Chania was a great place for restaurants and bars, and lots of them. This accommodation and location is definitely somewhere to visit.

The photos and description do not do this place justice. The villa is in such beautiful surroundings and it’s so peaceful. The pool was a firm favourite for the kids. You need a car but the nearest beach and restaurants are only 5 mins away. Elpis in plaka is really reasonable and family friendly and Psaros in Alymrida is great and has amazing sea views. I didn’t want to leave at the end of the week and will most definitely be booking again. Nicolas is really helpful and responsive as a host and nothing is too much trouble. The locally sourced olive oil and orange cake was a welcome gift in the kitchen as well.

We had a fantastic stay for nine nights in this villa with our toddler. Nicolas gave us a very warm welcome with plenty of information on the local area. Apart from the cicadas the villa was incredibly peaceful and just a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. With three en-suite bedrooms this villa would be perfect for larger groups. The pool area is also amazing! Thank you so much for your hospitality during our stay Nicolas!

5 stars - wow wow wow! This is a wonderful place to stay! The house itself is equipped to the highest standard making our stay very comfortable. As a group of 6 people, there was plenty of space for all of us and with each bedroom having an ensuite, there were no queues for the bathroom. The air-conditioning worked well which was needed in the August heat. The pool and pool area were great for relaxing in the evening sunshine. The house is located about 15-30 mins walk away from three beaches so plenty to explore. The supermarkets are also located nearby too, as well as a pharmacy. It was easy to get to Chania on the bus using the local bus app. Nicolas was the perfect host, responsive without being instrusive and super helpful with all our questions. A wonderful stay and I am sure we will be back in future!

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind 2 wundervolle Wochen in der super schönen Villa verbracht.
Schon die Fotos auf der Website haben uns sehr beeindruckt, aber der Eindruck wurde in der Realität noch übertroffen.
Nicolas hat uns herzlich empfangen und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen.
Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt und das war Nicolas sehr wichtig.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt, den fantastischen Ausblick, die Umgebung und die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen und bedanken uns herzlich für die tolle Zeit.

Absolutely fantastic!! Did not want to leave. Nicolas's place is lovely. Everything was perfect,had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, met Nicolas on the first day,he was so informative the perfect host. Hope to come back again soon
