The villa was perfect. It was spacious inside and out. The play areas were a big hit with the little ones. The pool and outside areas were great. Everything inside and out exceeded expectations. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here

We loved our stay. The villa was perfect, the area is so peaceful, and the beach was within easy walking distance. The villa was spotless and had lots of useful amenities. It also had children’s toys which were such a sweet bonus for my child. Nicholas was a very responsive host and the local recommendations were spot on. We would definitely come back!

Ich würde 10 Sterne vergeben für diese Villa in Chania von Nicolas, wenn das möglich wäre. Der Titel: "geniesse Natur, Ruhe, Harmonie und Luxus" trifft zu 100% zu und sagt eigentlich schon alles.

Vi hadde 4 gode uker i villaen. Gikk turer langs strendene og inn til Chania sentrum. Spiste på mange gode restauranter og laget oss også måltider da kjøkkenet var velutstyrt. Kort vei til gode matbutikker og bakeri. Vi var kun 2, men så at en kunne lett være 6 voksne da villaen er romslig. I tillegg var det flere balkonger og en fin hage med basseng. Kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake.

Lovely modern house with pool in a quiet residential neighborhood a short walk to both the beach and shopping. The home is well maintained and appointed. The host is very welcoming and responsive, and even shared their family olive oil with us. Highly recommended!

Nicolas was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful!
The place was perfect, 15 minutes walk to the beach with all the local amenities a short walk away.
I would highly recommend for anyone looking for some privacy in a great neighborhood, that's a short trip to the city centre!

Nicolas was a superb host from start to finish. He welcomed us in person, showed us around, and took a genuine interest in making sure our Crete experience was a good one. Since it was Christmastime, the house was decorated festively, which made it feel especially warm and welcoming. He also stocked the kitchen with cooking oil and starter seasonings—thoughtful touches that made settling in easy.
Nicolas checked in just enough to be helpful, never intrusive. My wife and I have stayed in multiple Airbnbs across four countries since retiring in September, and Nicolas truly stands out as a top host.
The home overlooks the White Mountains, and the view was unforgettable. We arrived in early December with only the peaks dusted in snow and watched the snow gradually spill down the mountains as December turned to January. Perched atop a hill, the home offers wonderful privacy and a deep sense of tranquility.

Place was even better than photos show. Very stylish, absolutely stunning views. Very quiet with only one neighbour who we rarely spotted. Nicolas was the perfect host - available to welcome us and answer any questions but also left us to get on with our holiday. Left some welcome gifts and lovely touches. All the recommendations available via the welcome pack/links). Plenty of inflatables to borrow to make the pool even more fun for our kids. We had a wonderful time. It was the perfect airbnb for us.

A spacious, modern, clean villa with fantastic amenities. We stayed as a 3 generation family group with young children and this property was ideal, including the playroom and the garden/swimming pool and beach toys etc. The garden and dining terrace is especially nice for meals.
Plenty of bathrooms/toilets which is useful and the jacuzzi bath was a particular highlight. Air conditioning is very effective, the kitchen has most things you need and we cooked meals with no problem. The utility room is convenient for washing clothes.
It’s easy to park at the villa. Approx 10mins walk to the beaches, we liked the coves (rather than the big beach) best as they were calm and clean, perfect for children. The big beach is good for surfing/body boarding.
Easy to get a bus into Chania centre/old town from nearby on the main road. The host Nicolas was very helpful and provided us with plenty of recommendations when we asked.
We highly recommend the villa and would be delighted to stay again.
